At Auxin Solar, we are committed to delivering high-quality solar products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our products and services.

1. Product Refunds

Auxin Solar stands behind the quality of all solar panels, components, and equipment we sell. Refunds for purchased products are subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice must be provided.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized or special-order equipment, and products marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Service Refunds

For installation services, consultations, and maintenance packages, the following refund terms apply:

  • Deposits: If you cancel your installation service at least 7 business days before the scheduled start date, your deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 business days prior may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Service Fees: Once service has begun, any refunds will be calculated based on the portion of the service not yet performed, minus any non-recoverable costs.

  • Completed Projects: Refunds will not be issued for completed services unless a defect or failure to meet contract terms is demonstrated.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon verification.

  • We may request photos or an inspection to confirm the issue.

  • Return shipping for defective items is covered by Auxin Solar.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

5. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help, subject to product availability and eligibility conditions above.
